To Subscribe to the mailing list in MAIL MODE send an email message to:
ALMADISO-L-request@rootsweb.com
To Subscribe in DIGEST mode send and email message to:
ALMADISO-D-request@rootsweb.com
The subject is ignored so you can leave it blank and in the body have nothing but the word :
subscribe
(Turn off your signature files, etc.)
To unsubscribe send a message to the same address containing the word:
unsubscribe
To post a message (regardless of mail or digest mode) to the ALMADISO list just send it to ALMADISO-L@rootsweb.com Note: You MUST be a subscriber to post to the list.
